TEN STYLES. ONE CITY.
One New Yorker, ten hands
Press an artist at the Style Machine and watch one New Yorker change hands. Stand still in Kusama's room and the dots take you. Look at a Basquiat and the middle of your eye turns to x-ray. Draw on Haring's subway floor with your feet. Stand under Hokusai's wave. Click anything in Lichtenstein's room and it makes a sound. Walk toward Dali's portrait and it never gets closer. Hold still for Warhol's screen test, stir Van Gogh's sky, walk round a head that Picasso's canvas paints from four sides at once, and find Banksy's wall, which writes itself only while you look away. Then ride the Ferris wheel at Luna Luna.
