What a wallet needs

At least one month old at the time of the snapshot.
Holding more than 0.2 ETH, or more than $10,000 in digital art.
It must be the wallet you actually mint with.

Both are checked against the chain after the snapshot, not by this form. Putting an address in does not make it eligible, and we cannot tell you here whether yours qualifies.
